Check-ins are scheduled weekly to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. You’ll receive detailed voice feedback on your training, nutrition, and performance to ensure continuous improvement.

5. Do you offer in-person coaching or is it all online?

LaceyStrong Coaching is primarily online to provide flexibility and accessibility for clients worldwide. However, in-person coaching is currently being assessed and will soon be available based on multiple factors, including location, demand, and scheduling. Stay tuned for updates! In the meantime, I also offer optional in-person meetups at team events and competitions.

6. How do I track my progress?

I use Google Sheets to organize all of your data—training, nutrition, check-ins, and progress photos—so we can monitor your progress efficiently.

7. Can I contact you outside of check-ins?

Absolutely! Unlimited WhatsApp support means you can reach out anytime with questions, concerns, or updates. Communication is key to success, and I am always here to help.

8. What if I’m new to training and nutrition?

That’s perfectly fine! I customize each program based on experience level and educate clients along the way. My goal is to ensure you understand the why behind everything we do so you can build long-term success.
